What I offer
With 14+ years working across 2 different denominations, a master of leadership, and now working in school chaplaincy, I come to you with lived experience, a depth of knowledge about leadership principles and theories. through our time together we will learn leadership theories and principles, backed by accademic resources AND discuss how to APPLY this learning to your life and leadership to achieve GROWTH. Studies are unanimous, mentoring is the most effective way to develop leaders while providing the pastoral support they need.
Why Me?
I LOVE the local church!
With over 20 years in church ministry and 14 of those leading teams on staff in pastoral leadership roles. I’ve led children’s ministry teams, worship and production teams, youth ministry and young adults. I’ve also led small group ministries and playgroups.
I have a passion for systems and strategy, particularly in the area of generational ministries. As people journey through seasons of life, we need systems to ensure they transition through generational ministries in smooth and cohesive ways.

Her blend of leadership expertise and academic insights allows her to offer a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical application to support your growth.
These sessions are for 1hr and take place via Zoom or in person depending on location.
